Kabalite warriors, yay

A full 10 drukhari squad

And here are the boyz. Kabalite warriors are the basic inhabitants of the infamous Commorragh city, a bunch of islands lost in the warp, linked *Vect knows how* together by a bunch of precarious portals.

As most of Dark eldars, these guys are vicous, blood-thirsty looters who find joy and rejuvenescence in others pain and death.

What a bunch of nice a friendly foes :D

Their main weapon is the splinter rifle, which can send volleys of monomolecular shards filled with various poisons at a debilitating rate of fire.

They also have access to most of Drukhari speacial weaponry, such as Dark lances, Blasters and Shredder.

Sybarite

The dark eldar sergeant, with a nice "Please shoot me instead of my fellow special/heavy weapons bearers" banner on the back.

Even if this guy has access to some interessant (and deadly) wargear, as he was one of my first blackmailed volontary recruits, I wanted to keep him as cheap as possible, and that's why he shares the same equipement as the usual grunt brave soldier !

Somehow he managed to get his hands on a venom blade and someday I'll might grant him a phantasm grenade luncher in order to help them bring terror in the hearts of our enemies ; if he and his guys manage to not disapoint me.

Kabalite warriors

Those guys have a special place deep down in my heart, as they were one of my first squad assembled and painted when I decided to get back to collecting Warhammers.

Fun fact : I won them during a games workshop "games day" event, with a lottery ticket earned thanks to 1st place at speed painting, as a part of the grand prize (I got to choose a starter box !).
By the time I didn't have any money to put on my collection and it was a refreshing start !

They also participated to my firsts color scheme tests, and to my first white recipy ; which now have evolved in order to be less painfull.
They didn't have much choice as it was either white or pink with cute red heart , and then attached to my raiders BUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Even if they are pretty "basic" with no conversion or so, I spent a lot of time making their bases and poses, and most of them got a pretty dynamic look.

Special / Heavy weapons

Kabalite warrior equipped with blaster. Dark eldar drukhari, color scheme white and red

Warrior with blaster

Pew pew, boom boom Marines & tanks.

Kabalite warrior equipped with splinter cannon. Dark eldar drukhari, color scheme white and red

Warrior with splinter cannon

Pew pew, argh argh infantry & big monsters.

In game usage

Pretty versatile, poison pew pew versus infantry and monsters

Weeee*pew*eeee*pew*eeeeeeeee in raiders

Can camp like cowards tactically sit in ruins with a dark lance, using split fire in order to waste no shot

End game (turns 4+), they can also be quite decent in melee, if the Sybarite get to rob friendly corpses get granted as a reward some agoniser, venom blade or even a blast pistol for the more deserving ; supposing they choose a proper target.

Work in Progress / Misc

Painted : Ancient times, ~2015.

Conversions : Hm it doesn't seems to.

I don't remember having WIP pictures about those guys, sorry :3
